And although there are now unlimited number of styles, trends, systems of martial arts, purposes, tasks, and their use can be divided into several types.

Traditional martial arts. Obviously, those species that have a pronounced national character, including folk and monastic schools. Competitive practices in such types has no rules, clear rules, making it difficult to sufficiently high level of competition. English Medium Medical Universities and their South Asian Graduates are Creating Bad Image of Kyrgyzstan

English Medium Medical Universities and their South Asian Graduates are Creating Bad Image of Kyrgyzstan

Background:
Many foreign students especially from South Asian countries (India and Pakistan) select Kyrgyz Republic for getting education in medicine. Most of such students have failed to get admission in local colleges because of low percentage in college (Pre- Medical College, 12 Class) or failed to reach merit list. Over 1500 Pakistani and Indian students, mostly selected from less developed area, are studying in Kyrgyz Republic in Medicine on Self-Finance bases. All of these students have selected Kyrgyzstan just because it is economically suitable for them as compared with countries like China, Russia and have ease in getting admission due to lake of any merit system in medical universities.

Universities in Kyrgyzstan, offering English Medium Medical course for foreign students because foreigners prefer to study in English rather than in Russian which is medium of instruction for local students and country’s official language. Main purpose of these universities is to earn money from students as these students are separately instructed in English, have separate timetables, have separate residencies from local students and have almost no contact with local students studying at same university. It is a notable that there is no control on such universities in terms of number of students getting admission per year. In every country, universities are bound to give admission to specific number of students according to facilities they possess. But these universities don’t follow such rules. Secondly, many universities pretend to take an internal examination in English and Biology but in the history of English medium medical education in Kyrgyzstan, not a single student have failed in this internal exam which indicates that universities intentionally want to give admission to all the students just to earn money.

After getting independence in 1991, Kyrgyz Republic has started teaching English in his institutions. Many English couching centers are working almost all over the Kyrgyzstan which indicates that English Language learning is a new trend for local students after the collapse of Soviet Union when German and French were taught as foreign languages.

Presently, when English is just emerging as a new foreign language in Kyrgyzstan, universities are offering Medical degrees in English Medium. Medical literature is more complex and being taught by teachers who got their own medical education in Russian medium resulting in low quality of education.

After getting degree from Kyrgyzstan, foreign students have to pass an Exam in their home countries for getting license for practicing medicine. This exam is named as MCI Exam in India (Medical Council of India) and PMDC Exam in Pakistan (Pakistan Medical and Dental Council). The result of these exams which is actually the indication of quality of medical education by Kyrgyzstan is awfully poor. In 2010, 110 Pakistani students Graduated in English Medium from Kyrgyz Republic appeared in PMDC exam and only 3 of them passed the examination. However, it is interesting to note the same question paper was given to 32 Pakistani medical graduates from AllamaIqbal Medical College Lahore, Pakistan and all of them passed the exam. Thus, Kyrgyz republic was highlighted in local media of India and Pakistan. From previous 4 years, hundreds of medical graduates from Kyrgyzstan are appearing in MCI and PMDC exams but passing ratio is only 2 to 3 percent.

Not only this, but due to language barrier, students remain unaware of traditions and culture of Kyrgyzstan and after getting their degrees from Kyrgyzstan, they are not the true representatives and guides of Kyrgyz culture.
So the problem is that foreign graduates who get their degree in Medicine in English Medium are creating Bad Image of Kyrgyzstan.

Recommendations:
1: There should be a control on universities in term of number of offered seats for admission. Universities should be watched if they have enough facilities for admitted students.
2: There should be criteria of admission in medical institution. Especially, university must demand the official exam of IELTS or TOEFL as all other universities in European countries.  So foreign students must think before coming to Kyrgyzstan that medical education can’t be earned just by paying money. Many students have completed their college education in regional language which was not English so students themselves don’t know English properly. Focus should be on quality of education, not on the number of students. Thus, a state examination system should be introduced in order give admission to deserving students in medical universities.

3: Medium of instruction should be declared for instruction of medical studies. One of following strategies can be adopted.
А) Medium of instruction should be Russian Medium. Because Students have to deal with patients who don’t know English language and teachers themselves studied in Russian medium and can explain their thoughts more expressively in Russian language. Students who are willing to study in Russian Medium should provide a one year preparatory course before starting original medical studies. In future, students will have no problem because all medical terms are in Latin or Greek languages and these terms are used alike in Russian and English. If teachers can project medical knowledge in English after completing their own education in Russian then students can also learn enough English to deal with patients after their degree in Russian Medium. Many developed countries like Germany, offered there medical courses in German language only and when they have enough faculty who can teach in English , then they are offering medical courses in English also.

В) Half of medical course should be in English Medium and Clinical Studies which usually starts after 3rd year must be in Russian medium like many of Russian Universities and other universities in other countries where official language in not English. Non clinical subjects should be taught in English and during this time, universities should teach them medical Russian language. And when clinical studies starts, all subjects should be taught in Russian only. Thus, students will have proper time to adjust in environment and can learn two foreign languages.

С) If any university gets enough students whose English is accepted at International standard then only those universities should allow teaching medicine in English which has faculty members who have potential to teach in English medium. This should be judged by internationally accepted language exams like TOEFL and IELTS only. And this level should be judged yearly and teachers should be provided with refresher courses.

Water issues of Kyrgyz Republic

“Water is the Driver of Nature”
- Leonardo da Vinci.

Water resource is vital for all living creatures of the planet. Yet, here is one question; how should it be managed so that all can enjoy and benefit from it equally.

The Kyrgyz Republic is one of the main countries that must think about this question most, because it has a vast amount of water resource in Central Asia which is used by its neighboring states such as Xinjiang province in China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Annual average of total water resources makes up 2,458 cubic kilometers including 50 cubic kilometers of surface river run off, 13 cubic kilometers of potential reserves of ground water, 1,745 cubic kilometers of lake water, 650 cubic kilometers of glaciers in Kyrgyzstan’s territory. Besides, more than 3,500 rivers flowing on the territory of the republic supply water to the neighboring states: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. About 75 per cent of river runoff goes to them.

Therefore, Kyrgyzstan, together with Tajikistan, plays a main role in any round tables and meetings where water issues are discussed.

Nowadays, water resource is being an interstate issue especially in Central Asia. However, five post-soviet countries of the region are not being able to approach to compromise. There are only two upstream countries in the region Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic which cannot come to compromise with such downstream states as Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

Economy of all the five countries is heavily dependent on agriculture, especially Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan with their annually increasing cotton fields. Thus, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan need water for their cotton and rice fields more than any other states of the region. Besides, Uzbekistan’s agriculture accounts for 28 per cent of its GDP.

The effective implementation and to study the state language by citizens of Kyrgyzstan

In the Kyrgyz Republic, pursuant to Part 1 of Article 10 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic is the state language of the Kyrgyz language. One of the first legal acts that reinforce the Kyrgyz as the state is the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the State Language" of 23 September 1989. Then based on the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the State Language" from 2004, a new policy on the introduction of the state language.
At present, the Kyrgyz Republic has 1,259 schools where the state language. At the moment, there is a tendency of transition of office work and life with the country's official language (Russian) to the Kyrgyz (official). However, this process is inconsistent and chaotic. Despite the number of state measures on quality implementation of the state language, the result of such actions is rather declarative. The country still has problems causes the poor development of the state language.

Emphasizes the importance of the problem according to the concept of national policy and consolidation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Plan of Action of 2015, regulatory and legal documents will be translated into Kyrgyz. Therefore, language is crucial for pupils, students, teachers, civil servants, businessmen and other people.
Consider the symptoms of the problem.

Symptoms of the problem.
1. The shortage of teachers with the skills to study the quality of the Kyrgyz language for all people in any perspective (social, ethnic, regional);
2. Kyrgyz language has become a tool of various political forces. Sometimes their populist statements can adversely affect the political situation in the country;
3. Ineffective teaching methodology of the state language in kindergartens, schools and universities. This problem exists in the schools as with the Kyrgyz bias, and not with the Kyrgyz. In educational institutions there is no qualitative scientific and methodological literature. The problem of effective teaching methodology of the Kyrgyz language was considered by the government. The methodological basis for the teaching of the Kyrgyz language was developed in 1989. For more than twenty years, the methodology slightly refined, but generally remained unchanged.
Particularly acute due to the absence of effective teaching methodology of the state language in schools with at Kyrgyz-language learning.
4. Weak educational material. Symptom of the problem follows from the previous one - the methodology. Without qualitative methodology is very difficult to create educational material on the Kyrgyz language. Currently, in the textbooks of schools and universities found spelling errors, and vocabulary exercises generally not correlated with the age of the students.
5. Low motivation for his mastery of the state language in the society of those who do not speak it well.
6. Lack of formal accredited educational standard of knowledge of the Kyrgyz language. In this regard, there is no way to determine the level of knowledge of the Kyrgyz language. It is difficult to say at what level and how much knowledge of the language to know in kindergartens, schools, universities and government agencies.

Sore on electricity in Kyrgyzstan ...

"Rumor has it that a certain popular politician, Honourable former Major, the Kyrgyz government has entrusted the installation of new substations transformer. Of the planned transformer was installed only half. And the rest of the money sunk into oblivion. I live in a military town, where, ironically, the light always on, only one half of the population. When one side of the town is a light, the other side has no light. Perhaps if glorious policies fulfilled the plan completely, there was light at both sides of the Military Town ".
Resident Karosta.
Kyrgyzstan does not have enough power - it's a fact. This shortage is particularly acute in the country's population currently experiencing in the winter months. Climate in Kyrgyzstan is continental, and winter is cold.
The crisis did not come by accident, and nothing in this country is not by accident. The first wave of the energy crisis went during the collapse of the USSR, when from the Asian Enegeticheskogo Rings (AEC) left Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. Kyrgyzstan immediately sensed voltage decay and the cities went rolling blackouts in order to preserve the cherished electricity. The second wave of the crisis has gone, when suddenly began anomalous winter. Because of the heat, which was a record for the Kyrgyz Republic, and it is minus 25 degrees Celsius - AEC equipment, which is not repaired, and did not even intend to fix, it was out of commission. Again, the energy began to save, and as a result, we turned off the light, ordinary citizens. The third wave of the crisis has gone, has begun and is to this day, because Kazakhstan wishes to withdraw from the Asian energy ring and they have their reasons, weighing nowhere. They accuse the fraternal Uzbekistan illegal tapping of electricity. The authorities have no choice over how to save energy. Again, the people suffer, which is deprived of its legitimate wealth, without which the modern world can not escape.

And of course, many will say that our country should have enough energy, why are we afraid to fall out of level AEC? The answer is simple: yes, we should have enough energy, in principle, one of Jalal-Abad region can provide all of the energy, but Chui, such as its biggest energy consumers of Bishkek, Kant, Tokmok, Kaindy and Balta, falls , for direct transmission lines, Kyrgyzstan should get more from the energy crisis. So we are dependent on the Asian energy ring and very strong.

What do you do? And nothing ... Well, no, for a start, we as a country have to repay corruption by all means, as it is the main sore on the body of the state and its economy. Then, be sure to at least improve relations with Kazakhstan to create more cohesion than the two states on the issue. Final Touch, after we will establish the economic situation, we will direct power line from Jalal-Abad region in Chui oblast, to ensure its electricity.
And now ... I'm looking at the fascinating game of fire candles, and I hope that the missing half of the money that comes to the popular politician of our town, and we were finally repaired transformers and more never will not sit without light.

Should I invest money in Kyrgyzstan?

Whenever someone knows what strange in Kyrgyzstan, each time wants to ask for at least yourself this question - is it worth to Kyrgyzstan that is invested. Headlines of raider attacks t unceremoniously nationalization. Security forces are rampant, excite environment ethical and other minorities, the rulers read out a proclamation that the country is cool - and it is not clear - as it really is.
Trying to clear the mind of people where you figure out where you a bloated about that and this and that, try to do visually using official information, see and identify - and so it all really!
Put bluntly, particularly of course neither the rulers and the people have nothing to brag about, except how beautiful nature and the ability of the people of dictators and tyrants kicked out from the throne. We also have shown the world the ability to survive in the economic blockade and cruising afloat despite the crime rate, low infrastructure and other horror stories. And yet, that this is in the mountainous republic?

It seems that investor look at everything very objectively. So what? Kyrgyz Republic, the capital of Bishkek, Government - Parliamentary, population 5 and a half-million ¸ Kyrgyz state language, the official Russian, terrain 199.9 square kilometers, the voltage 220 volts of electricity, financial centers of Osh and Bishkek, the currency "catfish", left-hand traffic. Phew .. like everything.

And here and there. Simple enumeration encyclopedic data is not something that can give us the security of investments. Ok, well, Lifting on! Kyrgyz Republic is a member of the WTO, has joined the first among the CIS countries. Know ours! We also members of the UN that we have chosen and member EEC, who chose us. We wormed in Shanghai Cooperation Organization and sit at the International Finance Corporation - as its just did. How is it?
- Few would say even the most careless investor.
What if we give you, gentlemen, lay still and the dynamics of economic growth ... very little but this growth! During the period from 2004 to 2012, the economic growth jumped from 2.2 billion to 6.3 billion. And it's in a small Kyrgyz torn ocean passions big geopolitics. And what is most surprising in all this tinsel services sector was 51%, 20% agricultural, 23% light industry in general and the construction of 6%.
I do not know what we now say experts and international affairs, as in all disasters, we have the audacity observe growth.
Market opportunities in Kyrgyzstan and the brazen. Just look - already 95% of the skills and use mobile phones. More than 40% have access to the internet. Skilled labor is at around 99.3% of the total working-age population - is almost 3 million people. All this is complemented by 53 institutions and universities across the country.
And we will never forget the rush enthusiastic liberal people of Kyrgyzstan for other nations. Still nomads - friendly and open. Citizens of 44 countries can afford to walk around quietly in Kyrgyzstan, 60 days without a visa. ETOGES mind is not understandable! Foreign investors have all the rights and opportunities as well as local, and the government announced investor protection from unlawful raiders and nationalization! Give in! Handsome!

Finally, taxes, a necessary evil in the life of any person. 12% VAT, income tax 10% tax sells 10%. Yes, if only Russia had a tax system - they had long been waiting to economic boom! Let learn! Than any garbage show on NTV about us!

Well, in his rush at the end we dare to say that in Kyrgyzstan there is a free economic zone. Of four - in Naryn, Bishkek, Karakol and south - Maimak.

That's right, be not weary in our dear reader, as it turns out, a lot of good in the country is now. Just have possesses information and be able to apply it.
And to you, our dear investor, we only say one thing - to invest in the country can be and should be. But always be careful.
We wish all of you success and prosperity.

Sincerely,
collective craftsmen, led by Forest Gump

Let us live honestly ...

Today, the widespread public belief that nothing is being done just so that almost everywhere and to pay for everything: for admission to work and to the Institute for the "credit" for the session, and a warrant for the living space, for the operation and abortion, for receiving freedom ...
The idea that without a bribe anywhere today, undermining faith in justice and the law calls into question its validity, or even ... the existence, ability to achieve anything in the way of righteousness.
But we wonder why they take bribes? Could it be that people will give them? Yes, bribe-takers brazenly extort money, but because we can not give them, if by that we feel to be right.

Imagine a situation:

There once was somewhere simple student by name ... and indeed, what a difference. He wanted to be like as a foreign language courses at the university, which is also not important. The interview did not go to him, but he stepped back, got stubborn and decided to have another go. At this point, it met the director these courses. I invited him to come to his office, where he offered to take a guy without any interview, but for a fee from him - $ 220.

The poor fellow tried to convince the director that such amount does not raise him, but he said reasonably, no money - no courses. Realizing, finally, it is reasonable trade our hero went to the nearest branch of the Financial Police. A director has to catch on bribery was a trick. Along this there were find out a lot of gray and leftist schemes of money laundering, concealment of income, and even theft. In general, the panel of judges after a long and turbulent process to impose severe sentences troublemakers: 5 years imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Time remembered his civil rights and human dignity of our other friend. He appealed to the chief of housing and communal services requested to register it at grandma's house, which had been living for a long time, taking care of her. Officer, a pompous man in a cap, knowing from the outset that he has no right to a residence permit, agrees to provide this service for just $ 400. The first part of the money our friend very short time collected $ 190 by selling some things and taking loans from friends. In my heart hoped that the chief pleasures of this amount and no longer require. But what there! He immediately made it clear that waiting for the other $ 210. Finally feel what patience came to an end, written statement to the authorities.

And then would not prove the accused, who is also head of housing and communal services, that his actions are nothing more than a fraud, the court issued a decision and followed his performance: 11 years of imprisonment in a maximum security prison.

And so, corrupt, bribe-takers punished. You might think that this article describes the case complete informers and wimps. That they say was to look at communication and resolve such matters differently. However just think of what to do for those who have connections and no money? What do I do it? Perhaps, we need start with ourselves, to gradually straighten up abominations curved situation. Such a course of circumstances certainly did not foresee any of them. It should be noted that the "hand of the taker" to stop the ones who are trying to take. In our case, two simple guy who decided to stand up for themselves. It is possible that if this happened more often, to bribe diminished. But who knows, if we want this?

How we look at the environment

In our daily activities, each of us a few times, consciously or automatically leads process for obtaining knowledge. It can only affect domestic sphere, and may involve many different: leisure, work, education, and so on. Undoubtedly, much of the knowledge generated in us automatically and we hardly realize that we accept certain knowledge from outside. Thus, the knowledge is formed in us, and gradually we use them in our lives.

According to some work professor at New York State University, Vincent R. Ruggiero most discussed form of knowledge - to know that. He focuses on the information. Another, equally important kind of knowledge - is to know how. He focuses on the procedures and strategies. The measure to know how, or know-how, is not possession richness of content and ownership skills.

As Professor, we can get genuine knowledge in three different ways, namely, from personal experience, from observation and from reports from other people. It would seem to us that the first method is considered the most reliable, but it is far from perfect. But we, for the most part, do not just acquire new experiences and keep it sealed in his mind. We are constantly analyzing this information, we work with it, use it. For example, we compare this information with past experience, classify it, interpret and evaluate, try to understand. It is possible that these processes in humans can sometimes occur unconsciously and without our knowledge. Thus, any violation in this process makes the idea of our experience other than that with which we have dealt in their experience in reality.

The most suitable example is given by Professor Vincent R. Ruggiero, when considered a social phenomenon as human childhood. Clearly, for many of us, childhood was a certain stage of our development. Most of us will never have thoughts of anyone who did not have children, so we are easily and readily believe that childhood has always existed. However, according to historical research scientists proved that this idea is false. The historian James X. Plumb in one of their fundamentals work says that the existing world of European children with his tales, games, toys, special textbooks, even the idea of childhood - an invention of the last four centuries. It does not even have a special word for young men between the ages of seven and sixteen. Then, the word "child" means simply related, but not age.

Due to the fact that our perceptions are not passively acquired by us, and they influence our emotional state and mental processes, they rarely report accurately reflect the reality - says Professor Vincent R. Ruggiero. Indeed, in reality, emotional states and mental processes seriously distort our surrounding reality.
As for the next way to gain knowledge of it for observation. Of course, the monitor must also be able. So, watching the people, objects and phenomena of the world have with you is important to understand that it will be effective, provided that it is correct. At its widest the work of Professor Vincent R. Ruggiero says, "keep accurate observation is possible, but we sometimes do not bother to do it." Often we really look at the world around us through the lens of our experiences, emotions and beliefs. This is due to the fact that we know about the world for a long time before you see it for yourself. Initially, almost always, we first talk about the world, and then later we see it. Before we decide to try for yourself or that the subject of the material world, we have to imagine. It is important to understand that any resulting prejudice so that's way gives a distorted view of things, object or phenomenon. The only way to get rid of or avoid it - education. It is not always able to give us what is exceptional insight, but we somehow get the opportunity to give us something to manage the whole process of perception. In addition, the personal perception built on prejudice is often defined objects as familiar or unfamiliar. This in turn underlines the tangible for human differences. So, for example, hardly seems like a familiar begins the familiar and the unfamiliar becomes a completely foreign. As Professor Vincent R. Ruggiero differences awaken weak signals, which may vary from the actual sign up to a vague analogy.

Finally, a third source - the message. This source can gain knowledge from almost anywhere, as it covers a large part of what we are taught. This includes parents, teachers, friends and colleagues. Also, we have sufficient knowledge of the media, books, newspapers, magazines and the Internet. Interestingly, most of the people in our lives we share with all kinds of information. Part of it is given to us as an idea, someone we even try what you teach. And even despite the fact that they teach us in good faith on the basis of "fair" in their understanding of the information they have at the same time we can mislead in certain facts. In most cases, they sometimes are convinced that tells us the correct accurate information. However, according to Professor Vincent R. Ruggiero, because they are human and can make mistakes because it is likely that a large proportion of what we are taught, at least partly wrong.

There are many interesting examples regarding misuse of "training." Thus, reporters and journalists often arrive late on the scene. And because all of the information from these experts draw onlookers, law enforcement, that is, from those whose knowledge consists of incomplete information on the facts and on the basis of rumors, they exchanged. Well, no wonder that our media so poorly working on coverage of events.
Errors sometimes occur due to simple negligence. For example, in a number of local online news sites were told that someone named say "Smith" was arrested for another named "Petrov" in the head. After a while it became clear that it was not so, in support of which will be released on a revised version of the same events. There will be described, as "Petrov" hit "Ivanov" on the leg. It appeared to hit the other person, and not on the spot. But it is important to understand that those who have read the first article about the incident, but missed the second article, in theory, as it were, and "know" what happened, but they would be wrong.
Many such errors and wrong judgments incorporated not strange in textbooks and scientific benefits. Sin in this business academic monographs and Manuals. But most of academic articles and books contain more precise and accurate review of the problems, the investigation, because the authors have a great time and work carefully. But often those cases where the authors of the articles and books tend to disclose events (especially historical) are not like the ones taking place, as well as the author likes to think of them, or both, according to him, they are his audience thinks.

Thus we see that the world and its understanding is very sensitively dependent on how much you are willing to accept the facts accurate and honest information. And in fact how you objectively evaluate an event, or that person - it depends on you.

How to encourage the study of the state language in Kyrgyzstan

In the Kyrgyz Republic, pursuant to Part 1 of Article 10 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic is the state language of the Kyrgyz language. One of the first legal acts that reinforce the Kyrgyz as the state is the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the State Language" of 23 September 1989. Then based on the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the State Language" from 2004, a new policy on the introduction of the state language.
So, today, in the Kyrgyz Republic has 1,259 schools where the state language. At the moment, there is a tendency of transition of office work and life with the country's official language (Russian) to the Kyrgyz (official). However, this process is inconsistent and chaotic. Despite the number of state measures, the introduction of high-quality national language, there is a problem causes the poor development of the state language.

What's all the same problem? - You ask. In our view, the problem here is not one. Their whole complex. Consider the main ones.

1. One of the main problems for country - is ineffective teaching methodology of the state language in kindergartens, schools and universities. The methodological basis for the teaching of the Kyrgyz language was developed in 1989. Enough said.
2. The shortage of teachers with the skills to study the quality of the Kyrgyz language. We think, so here is clear.
3. Low motivation for learning the official language in the society of those who do not speak it well. That is not mastered yet Kyrgyz can do. But will it always?
4. Lack of formal accredited educational standard of knowledge of the Kyrgyz language. That is, there is no way to determine the level of knowledge of the Kyrgyz language.

Fundamental and crucial step to overcome the problem of view - the modernization of the methodology. Need to develop a common methodology of teaching that takes into account the error of the early methodologies with teachers and technologists, linguists, scientists, trainers and experts in the Kyrgyz language.

Particular attention is required to practice conversational than grammatical tasks. Need to develop the language standards for a variety of topics to the course participants could not understand how a conversation in different situations. Introduce training audio-visual materials for children and students of short animation and video for students of preschool age.

Thus, a new methodology for teaching Kyrgyz lay the foundation for common standards for teachers.
It should be noted that Kyrgyz citizens need to master the national language if they want to go up the ladder and be competitive professionals. That is, if a person wants to work in public service, to be a deputy minister, president or CEO, he needs to own up to the national language.

Good headphones for the user ...

I do not want to advertise some products that I like, especially since most manufacturers of these products have not requested. All the more so inept and sometimes tedious romp over the paper, which I like sometimes indulge your perverted mind annoying the reader.

And perhaps contrary reasons and no one needs me to ethics and wanted to write about how well the use of headphones Philips "Air Wear". And what they actually represent? Well, we all know, Philips presented a new model of headphones with an interesting name: «Air Wear», which translated literally means "cool & comfortable." And in fact, this is! The bezel is made of stainless steel, it is so light you'll hardly, notice you're wearing it. Ear pads are made of very soft and porous foam that makes the headphones more comfortable. Long headphone cable allows you to hide your player to the most remote pockets, and a standard 3.5 mm jack lets you connect them to virtually any audio.

On this, note, of course, like to add that in such exceptional headphones I have found. Just, sometimes all hunting emphasize their individuality, to embellish the existing quality in the eyes of others, or just show off among the gray mass. There is no doubt that for those who know how to do this effectively, headphones are just a small application to the stuffing. However, for all other Philips tried to create an environment perfect to demonstrate their individuality. But alas, it does not emphasize the need headphones - such as T-shirt with a photo of the late Libyan leader Gaddafi or the notorious Che-Guevara. But I digress ...

Wearing these headphones are very comfortable, as it turned out. Well, you know - lightness, softness - these two criteria comfortable headphones, but there is one, namely, the quality of the sound. Philips has built in «Air Wear» 30 mm speaker driver, which further brings them closer to the ideal, as the speaker driver is made for a new and improved technology, which, in turn, eliminates any distortion coming from the speakers.
Just have to leave a couple of words about the main advantage of this product - the price. Well, you ask, can every afford to buy is good? And I'll tell you: They cost a bit more expensive conventional vacuum headphones that allows you to buy «Air Wear» anyone who wants to get real pleasure from the music, because this gadget is really a brand new word in engineering, technology, which is made for the soul. With these headphones you'll never be bored, they will simply not allow it. Thus, «Air Wear» immerse you into the wonderful world of music, so you have not seen.
Oh, and to finish his nonsense about what is cool headphones and they should buy, I note that if you do decide to buy these headphones, or to present them to someone as a gift, look after their name. They all can brighten up a couple of hours of your dull gray of everyday life. Philips has set a goal - to create the model headphones with all the three main criteria for choosing audio price, comfort, sound quality.
That is, in general, all over the headphones.
Sincerely, Forest Gump.

How to earn money on electricity for Kyrgyzstan

There are many questions in native society concerning the export of electricity from Kyrgyzstan to three neighboring countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the People's Republic. However, contrary to expectations, neither the state nor the national energy company did not demonstrate the effectiveness and growth of sales of electricity. Year by year, the problem of power generation and distribution systems are becoming more acute. The last few years, the population are affected by the rather stringent power consumption modes. One of the existing public opinion explains the deplorable situation low tariffs and prices established on foreign energy consumers. Moreover, it is believed that the Kyrgyz Government deliberately sells electricity to three countries are cheaper, in an attempt to win some political dividends.
Few has a clear vision about the mechanism of the implementation of sales of electricity from Kyrgyzstan to neighboring countries. Should take into account existing historical, economic and environmental factors. Kyrgyz Republic, lies in the upper reaches of the rivers that form the drain for irrigation in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Due to certain natural topography and river basin with abundant moisture entering the fields and agricultural lands in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, at certain times of the year, subject to waterlogging and siltation. To avoid this, these governments need to reduce the drain at certain times of the year. It is believed that in return they are going to enter into a contract agreement for the supply of electricity from the country.
Another feature of these relations is connected with the right-subject power seller and buyer. Thus, the contract for the supply of electricity from Kyrgyzstan to neighboring countries are among energy companies. And, therefore, none of the parties is not interested in transparency and does not intend to disclose the information for sales and purchases. If, in respect of national energy companies can still get some information to the public, in relation to energy companies, such as the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is virtually impossible. Thus, it becomes apparent that the energy companies are not interested in providing information concerning the export of electricity. In addition, almost all of the energy companies are state-owned, and is generally not focused on timely information to the public on such matters.
The third important aspect of the process - the relative saturation of the market in neighboring countries. Speaking on the export of electricity, it is important to consider that Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan for their periods of independence have managed to create sufficient capacity to develop its electricity. In fact, right now, these countries could well do without imported to their electricity from Kyrgyzstan. May purchase electricity from domestic energy companies should be regarded as a gesture of neighborly "goodwill."
Thus, on the basis of the above, the following conclusions:
1. The Kyrgyz Republic is not able to export electricity to the highest bidder in force, market saturation and political opportunities. Energy sector in neighboring countries exporters have enough energy produced.
2. Almost all of the energy companies do not provide any information regarding contracts for the sale of electricity to the public. Signing contracts and discussion take place behind closed doors. Parties to contracts for the supply of electricity are the energy companies are state-owned.
3. Since independence, the neighboring countries have successfully managed to increase capacity for electricity generation. In fact, it is the amount of the near future will be able to reach a level at which the need to purchase electricity from the country no longer needed.
To develop a vision for ensuring the energy security of Kyrgyzstan to conduct a detailed and thorough analysis on all potential markets for electricity, considering not only the neighboring countries and the republics of the CIS, and other foreign countries. In this particular case, the prospect can carry a project CASA1000, as well as projects such as Datka-Kemin project and Datka project. So that Kyrgyzstan would sell cheap energy to Pakistan and South Asia.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Medicine knows generalized anxiety disorder as an illness with symptoms of anxiety and neurosis. In a world of specialists distinguish three specific groups of the following symptoms. In medical literature exists differentiation:
Anxiety and fears that the patient is difficult to control and that last longer than usual. This concern is generalized and is not focused on specific problems, such as the possibility of a panic attack (as in panic disorder), stranded (as in social phobia) or contaminated (with obsessive-compulsive disorder).
Motor voltage, which can be expressed in muscle tension, tremors, inability to relax, headache (usually bilateral and often in the frontal and occipital regions).
Hyperactivity autonomic nervous system, which is expressed sweating, tachycardia, dry mouth, epigastric discomfort and dizziness.
Other psychiatric symptoms are irritability, poor concentration and sensitivity to noise. Some patients, when they were tested for the ability to concentrate, complain of poor memory. If indeed an infringement of memory, a thorough psychological examination to exclude primary organic mental disorder.
According to personal experience we can say nothing about it. But the principal manifestation of generalized anxiety disorder is a chronic anxiety. Here, according to medicine dictionary the alarm is an emotional experience in which a person feels uncomfortable with uncertain prospects. Also, evolutionary significance of the alarm is to mobilize the body in extreme situations. IA certain level of anxiety is necessary for human life and human productivity. Normal anxiety helps to adapt to different situations, it is increasing in a high subjective importance of choice, an external threat, with a lack of information and time. Pathological anxiety, though can be provoked by external circumstances, due to the internal psychological and physiological causes.
