Business Association of Kyrgyzstan as a result of the development of entrepreneurship

Every day the current business community in Kyrgyzstan faces with many different challenges and difficulties related primarily to create conditions for a favorable business environment. Such problems are very common in the country in nature and often brought to the agenda of the meetings devoted to the subject and forms of business support. The Association of Young Entrepreneurs (Jash Ishkerler Assotsiatsiyasy) also affects and discusses topical issues of domestic entrepreneurs. It's no wonder the slogan of the Association - "A successful entrepreneur - a strong country".

It is important that such Association aims to create a discussion platform for entrepreneurs discuss the most pressing business problems and possible solutions to the situation. Such as the business community into various forums and exhibitions of products and services that serve to strengthen and expand cooperation .

Usually all business events associations attended by more than 200 entrepreneurs from Bishkek, entrepreneurs from the regions, as well as representatives of government agencies, international organizations, the business community and experts on economic issues. This allows all the businessmen to take part in panel discussions on the most pressing problems of entrepreneurship.

The most significant problem was identified business activities in the regions. Problems are experienced by entrepreneurs in virtually all areas. For example, domestic entrepreneurs, today, face the problem of low awareness of the methods and techniques for business development. Many of them do not have the sources, even with respect to different treatments, ranging from state registration, ending other legal issues.

Note that most of these activities take place mainly in the capital. While such events in the regions practically does not occur. Currently almost no attention is paid to the regions. Moreover, to date, it is noted that the central government does not fully turns its attention to the problems of entrepreneurs in the regions. State officials must take part in the events dedicated to the problems of business.

Must continue to pursue regional business forums to create a fertile ground for further building an open dialogue between government and business. Where the government is unable to solve the problems of the business community, entrepreneurs need to own, without support, to organize and promote their business projects jointly. On the ground, local governments at their level should help to build a constructive dialogue between entrepreneurs and the state. The speed of the process and degree of its feasibility will depend on whether the business community is ready for consolidation. Despite the urgent need for joint efforts, the business is now fragmented.

On the other hand, the fact that state officials do not always respond to the requests and demands of the business areas, explains the lack of organization of business. Statements about the specific needs of entrepreneurs rather vague, do not have a complete understanding of the specific problem situation. One of the goals of business associations - is the installation of the business community, that their demands, claims and arguments to the public authorities need to formulate properly, accurately and clearly. Such requirements can be expressed in the form of clear ideas, suggestions, analytical notes or bills that addressed the state structures. This way it will be possible to convey to the public authorities clear requirements.

Among the difficulties faced by entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan were designated high interest rates on loans and taxes. Some business representatives voiced the lack of measures mutually beneficial procurement of agricultural products and its delivery to the markets of the country. Also announced were the problems of development of construction in the city of Osh.

So in the course of business forums and conferences representatives of the business community was formed thesis according to which it follows that if the government is not able to timely respond to the requests and demands of business, it must urgently address the problems that the business community just can not decide. This concerns mainly the construction and repair of infrastructure, ensuring an open and secure borders with neighboring states. The presence and active engagement of business associations clearly says that the business community in Kyrgyzstan already mature enough to find ways to grow their own.
