The Republican Junior’s
Aikido seminar was ended. Filling the heart and soul of aykidokas by vivid
impressions, these three days of training and certification became a new stage
in the life of the Aikido Federation and its adherents. During training aikido-
adherents of different groups rallied in the halls and one large friendly team.
And it is really to say - the Federation has become to our family. As a member
after all look tired at evening tatami, which is still warm from the bare feet
of hardworking and dedicated aykidists. And how much more there is going to do!
Children's workshop
has a number of features than any other seminar practiced by Aikido Federation
of Kyrgyzstan. This year, to strengthen their knowledge in the art of Aikido
techniques more than one hundred and eighty young aikidokas, among whom the
youngest was barely seven years old expressed desire to pass attestation
examination.
The supervisor of the
seminar is Gulmiza Sensei (4th Dan). Many of us have a special thrill around
her skill to feel the atmosphere of the dojo practicing their breathing and
pace. Difficult to imagine how you can persuade two hundred children to work on
themselves in an orderly and productive. Our instructors have succeeded. And it
is no wonder, the priority today stands tab in young students of Aikikai
Federation database techniques. To do this, the children exactly the exercises
and techniques of moves that were passed with great accuracy Hombu Shihan Mori
Tomohiro.
Everything - from the beginning
to end everything was soaked by the samurai discipline. Seems working out like
a real Japanese kids. This can be determined from the outset, when straight lines
were built to make Somen-ni Rey by young aikidokas and of course – Mucz-Ho. So,
Sensei commands bow. Training has begun!
Another important
point of Juniors’ seminar stands behind the workout with children as themselves.
They say: “O Negai Shimas” - and forward. Particular attention is given to
heating of the upper and lower shoulder girdle, as well as breathing exercises.
It was amusing to watch the efforts of students, because many things are still
perceived as the most energetic game.
But Sensey’s order -
Yame (stop). Withdrawal from the line of attack - Tenkan. A very important
element. Its working out reminds jewelry workshop. Each student tries to
correct his or her posture and keep withstand body-centre (kuzushi). The
fundamental building block in the foundation of all techniques. Also Sensei
gives insurance exercises on coordination and other useful physical activities.
Young aikidokas understand - it's not just. Instructors help students in every
way. Themselves stand in a couple with some kids.
But what was
particularly enjoyable - this is how Sensei gently and subtly, encourage your
kids to respect each other across the bow and the traditional "O Negai
Shimas" (from the Japanese "I beg to practice with me") to
exercise in pairs, and the traditional "Domo arigato go dza imasu"(from
the Japanese "thank you") after performing a series of exercises.
It was a pleasure to
watch, as with all adult instructor with burning eyes and smiles exercised
themselves like children. And most importantly, that in training serious and
complex studied aikido techniques that kids were doing well.
It is very difficult
to describe many pleasant experiences as a member of the Aikido Federation of
the Kyrgyz Republic. Because I want to describe and share with many significant
and important elements of martial arts. And you can only fill a hundred pages
of this, not forgetting to specify all new hiking tips and instructors, Sensei
and Shihan. And it 's fair to say every reader - it is better to see once! And
even better to try Aikido. Junior’s Republican certification seminar Aikido
demonstrated desired success of every child and parent. Aikido because there
