"Rumor
has it that a certain popular politician, Honourable former Major, the Kyrgyz
government has entrusted the installation of new substations transformer. Of
the planned transformer was installed only half. And the rest of the money sunk
into oblivion. I live in a military town, where, ironically, the light always
on, only one half of the population. When one side of the town is a light, the
other side has no light. Perhaps if glorious policies fulfilled the plan completely,
there was light at both sides of the Military Town ".

Kyrgyzstan does not have enough power - it's a fact. This shortage is particularly acute in the country's population currently experiencing in the winter months. Climate in Kyrgyzstan is continental, and winter is cold.
The crisis
did not come by accident, and nothing in this country is not by accident. The
first wave of the energy crisis went during the collapse of the USSR, when from
the Asian Enegeticheskogo Rings (AEC) left Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
Kyrgyzstan immediately sensed voltage decay and the cities went rolling
blackouts in order to preserve the cherished electricity. The second wave of
the crisis has gone, when suddenly began anomalous winter. Because of the heat,
which was a record for the Kyrgyz Republic, and it is minus 25 degrees Celsius
- AEC equipment, which is not repaired, and did not even intend to fix, it was
out of commission. Again, the energy began to save, and as a result, we turned
off the light, ordinary citizens. The third wave of the crisis has gone, has
begun and is to this day, because Kazakhstan wishes to withdraw from the Asian
energy ring and they have their reasons, weighing nowhere. They accuse the
fraternal Uzbekistan illegal tapping of electricity. The authorities have no
choice over how to save energy. Again, the people suffer, which is deprived of
its legitimate wealth, without which the modern world can not escape.
And of
course, many will say that our country should have enough energy, why are we
afraid to fall out of level AEC? The answer is simple: yes, we should have
enough energy, in principle, one of Jalal-Abad region can provide all of the
energy, but Chui, such as its biggest energy consumers of Bishkek, Kant, Tokmok,
Kaindy and Balta, falls , for direct transmission lines, Kyrgyzstan should get
more from the energy crisis. So we are dependent on the Asian energy ring and
very strong.
What do you
do? And nothing ... Well, no, for a start, we as a country have to repay
corruption by all means, as it is the main sore on the body of the state and
its economy. Then, be sure to at least improve relations with Kazakhstan to
create more cohesion than the two states on the issue. Final Touch, after we
will establish the economic situation, we will direct power line from
Jalal-Abad region in Chui oblast, to ensure its electricity.
And now ... I'm looking at the fascinating game of fire candles, and I hope that the missing half of the money that comes to the popular politician of our town, and we were finally repaired transformers and more never will not sit without light.
